SHIPPING POLICY

"Due to the Royal Mail strike action on 26 and 31 August and the 30 September and 1 October 2022 our delivery service will be extended by 3-5 working days.

We can't wait for you to receive your chosen item as soon as possible. Once we have processed and shipped your purchase, we will email over a tracking link so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Please note personalised items may take a little longer. Due to their bespoke nature, most personalised items will be delivered within 7 days (UK). Estimated delivery will be confirmed at the point of order.


UK SHIPPING

Standard deliveries are sent through Royal Mail T48 / Amazon Shipping 2DD on a tracked service, so you can be updated at every part of your parcels journey.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart: The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary

- STANDARD TRACKED (T48/2DD) UK DELIVERY IS  - £2.89 (PER ORDER) (ROYAL MAIL TRACKED T48 / AMAZON SHIPPING 2DD)
- PRIORITY TRACKED (T24) UK DELIVERY OPTION IS  - £3.89 (PER ORDER)
- FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £25 (ROYAL MAIL TRACKED T48 / AMAZON SHIPPING 2DD)

*Per order - If you ordering one or more items, the postage / shipping cost will be same for each order.

*PRIORITY TRACKED (T24) - Our Priority Tracked (24 hour) UK Delivery - Aims to have your parcel with you the next working day (next day delivery is not guaranteed). Please note, orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The service you choose when you place your order will determine when you should expect to receive it. We dispatch items the same day before 9am for T48 standard delivery and 1pm for T24 Delivery, any orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. For all T48 standard  estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days and T24 delivery estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days (Please note, orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday.). Please allow for these timescales before contacting us about your parcel.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have had to put a pause on sending items internationally for this moment in time. We hope you understand, and we are continuously working on finding a solution to fix this.


VAT AND DUTIES

Due to recent changes following Brexit, any orders outside of the UK will be liable for customs and duty payments. The amount will be dependant on where the order is being shipped to.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once we have shipped your order, we will email you the unique tracking number for your purchase so you can follow the status of your shipment. If you have any issues tracking your parcel, please contact our customer support team.


CANCELLING ORDERS

Once an order has been dispatched, unfortunately, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to process the cancellation request. If we are unable to process the cancellation, please visit our returns page on how to send your order back.

 

ORDER CANCELLED BY US

If your order was cancelled by us, this is usually due to low stock levels, or a warehouse error. 

The items you ordered may have been very popular and it is possible that an item sold out just before your order was placed. In rare cases, the stock cannot be updated on our system in time and the item will be cancelled. Sorry!

We will refund the items as quickly as possible, but this may take up to 48 hours for the money to appear on your account again.
